"Popped in just for a nice hot coffee but have visited many times. Great place in Amble. Stunning views. Warkworth Castle visible overlooking the river. Outside seating area too. What's not to like about the Fish Shack. You pay a little more than average but that comes with the location and stunning view. Parking: There are 2 car parks very close by. Currently the one next to the customs house was 50p per hour. "I’ve given this a one star due to the fact that I’ve eaten here on many occasions. Beautiful Craster kippers food is excellent. However, on one occasion I needed to use the toilet as I have a hidden disability. The manager unfortunately refused point blank to allow me to use the facilities even though I carry a medical no wait card due to disability very disappointed with them despite the beautiful food, and lovely atmosphere I will never eat there again."
