The good was really good when we visited last week. Considering it was quite some of the tables need plates and glasses clearing up.

Met up with family for a meal. Food was good and arrived quickly even though it was a busy bank holiday Monday. Decor is a bit tired but otherwise a nice place

I couldn't make the app work, but once ordered the meal arrived promptly. We were all happy with our meals. Cooked nicely and full of flavour. Will go back there.

It looked a fine establishment and also very busy so I didn't go in. I'd certainly visit another time, but soaking wet with handbag and camera bag is nit the best in a crowd

Great pub with an amazing array of drinks to suit all tastes and budgets. The staff are wonderful, cheerful, professional and so very accommodating. It's just a shame that I live 50 miles away now but I like to try and get back once a month if I can.

I love this place. It's friendly, has a good menu choice great meal deals. Plenty of space and tables both inside and out. Disabled access friendly. This venue is a fantastic asset to Whittlesey. Really wish we had a venue like this in my home town of Northampton.

Sorry to say, the George has gone downhill and is looking tired and needs a good clean. On the past few visits menu has been very limited with lots of food unavailable. On our last visit two out of three meals were poor, soggy over cooked fish and chips and frozen chicken salad. Shame.

Overall the food is pretty good and the staff are generally polite and decent and the atmosphere is your standard spoons. Our main issue is no matter when we go in and order pizza we later get told they have no pizzas or garlic bread etc. The amount this happens just seems more like it's easier to say no than to make what we actually want.

Hardly have any food in stock, extremely short staffed and it seems as if head office are wiling to risk the staffs safety and overall customer experience instead of supplying the correct amount of staff. It's also quite unclean a lot of the time. Only plus side with it being a spoons it is very cheap, however you do get what you pay for. Microwaved food and drinks at the end of their sale by date.
