"So I wouldn’t normally give 5 stars to a pub or bar unless there is a very wide selection of craft beers/ales as that’s my preference to where I drink. Therefore I should be giving 4 stars as to be consistent. However, the service was fantastic! They made me feel like a local, the food was lovely and I really want to go back. It is a bit of a distance for me to travel for a pub lunch but I recon it’s worth it. Worth a visit on the friendliness of the staff alone, food can always be a subjective topic but going on my lunch it was wonderful."

perfect location, with a beautiful terraced garden with plenty of shade leading down to a stream below. decent beer. have not yet tried to eat, but the menu looks really good.

I highly recommend this place! The food is top-notch, and the traditional pub atmosphere is fantastic. The staff are excellent and take great care of you. I give it a perfect 10/10!

The location is perfect, featuring a lovely terraced garden that offers plenty of shade and leads down to a stream. The beer is decent. I haven't had the chance to try the food yet, but the menu looks quite appealing.

The owner is an absolute legend—a genuinely decent guy who goes above and beyond to help everyone. He always makes us feel welcomed, which I truly appreciate. I always make sure that my experience here is top-notch. We’ve addressed and resolved all the issues we encountered during our last visit, and everything was great this time around.
