We have a person with celiac disease in our family. This person can go almost nowhere to eat, as nowadays everything is mixed with wheat or its by-products. I had learned in a conversation with the host, Mr. Tony Gärtner, that he is able to prepare gluten-free (white-free) food in his country house. We agreed on a cost framework and expressed a few wishes. The main purpose was that all foods and drinks are gluten-free. In other inns, we have often been assured that gluten-free is not a problem, but if then, for example, the croutons on the salad after question were not gluten-free, or the pommes in the same fat as the scavengers are used to a healthy mistrust. The evening came when we should go to dinner and our family member was understandably very excited. On the one hand, because it has been possible for almost 2 years to go properly again without working on salads without dressing or fries from McDonalds (which are gluten-free, by the way, the fries from Burgerking) and on the other hand, of course, the fear came with what would happen if an allergy were triggered. I introduce a couple of photos of the various foods and we are totally enthusiastic. Everything was most important, completely gluten-free. But also the selection and compilation of the various dishes as they were presented and how they were tasted was excellent. After the first half hour, when Mr. Gärtner told us about his experiences with gluten-free cuisine and had answered our most important questions competently, we had all the concerns and felt incredibly comfortable and started in a very special, carefree evening. We stayed almost 3 hours in the farmhouse Vileh and are definitely coming back. It should be mentioned that the preparation of gluten-free food requires some advance.
