"My experience at this restaurant was quite traumatic and it will be my first and last visit to this location. Initially, we were seated at a very cramped table right next to the kitchen, making it hot and uncomfortable. Despite making a reservation in advance, we had to request to move to a larger table. Our drinks were promptly delivered, but when our starters finally arrived, they were ice cold and had to be reheated. We also ordered food to go, but after waiting 30 minutes we were told that certain items were out of stock. After re-ordering, we waited an additional hour for our food. The server was unhelpful, grumpy, and lacked communication skills, only offering grunts and mumbled responses. The manager was also unhelpful and ignored customers. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our dining experience and will not be returning."
