The terrace overlooks the harbour at exactly the point where all the ferries dock, so guests can watch the...skilled maneuvering of the ferry captains and check out the passengers from a 'bird 's eye view ' people-watching position. Beyond the pretty harbour and lighthouse, diners can enjoy watching sailboats and powerboats on Bodensee and gaze, from Germany, over to the beautiful Swiss and Austrian Alps on the south and east sides of the lake. Drinks and food are all reasonably-priced and the service to our large family group, from a nice blonde waitress, was smiling and efficient. The restaurant interior is cool and exotic, with a very distinct Turkish style. For those who do, colourful water-pipes are available with various flavours."

As a family of 5 we ate here one lunchtime. The view from the terrace is lovely. the Moroccan style decor is nice. The young woman serving us was attentive and friendly. The food was fine. The outdoor terrace was very busy. Would return.

We tried this place for lunch and we enjoyed it! The tables were all full, but the service has been really quick and the staff helpfull. We oredered a traditional dish and it tasted good. The view on the harbour and the lake made the rest!

We were looking for a light dinner after a big lunch and chose Nana because we liked the Bruschetta on the menu. We ordered our meals and a couple of glasses of local wine after an extended wait, it certainly wasn't busy, only to have...More

Absolutely fantastic zander in a beautiful tomato sauce. One of the nicest meals I had in Germany, and one of the few times I saw vegetables other than potatoes. The view from the terrace out over the harbour with the Alps in the background is second to none.

During our two weeks in Germany, this was by far our worst dining experience. When the waiter deigned to leave off chatting with his pals at other tables, he brusquely took our order. The food was dropped on the table with no napkins, no silverware, no side plates and no salt or pepper. And it tasted like it had come from the freezer aisle of the local supermarket. Yes it's on the water (by the ferry docks for you diesel fume fans), but a view isn't everything.

Great location if, like us, you're waiting for a boat from Lindau's picturesque harbour. And the cocktails were reasonably priced - for this area anyway. Food was quite good, but when will operators like this recognise that they must accept credit cards. The world has moved on and it is no good restraunters and others in places like Lindau, attracting international visitors to play King Canute and offend its customers by refusing the method of payment we now prefer. Shame - they are just behind the times.

We just recently arrived in Lindau for the first time by train. The Train Station sits a the end of the tracks on this little Island City. Just to the right of the Train Station is the Harbor Front. The Nana Restaurant is connected to the Train Station and faces the harbor front where all the Lake Boats pull up and dock. We had some cold drinks here and decided to order lunch as all the locals seemed to be eating here. The menu was a German-Austrian-Swiss mix and was very good. They did not have an English menu so we pointed and asked the waiter...he could not describe what they were eating...but he said order it...you will like it. He was right. The staff were friendly and the service good....
