Great quality food with great service. Friendly attitude even to non-german speaking guests. One major issue is that there is no card payment option. This was very surprising. Come on...we are well into the 21st century. Unmenschlich die blonde Dame!! Wir waren Essen und sie hat erst nach 10 Minuten die Bestellung aufgenommen, dann als ich gefragt habe ob sie mir noch einen Glas Wasser bringen kann, scheinte sie sehr wütend zu sein. Augendrehen und die Gäste auslachen absichtlich so lange warten lassen..das geht gar nicht !! Es war nicht unsere erste schlechte Erfahrung hier mit die Dame und ab jetzt kommen wir überhaupt nicht mehr. Wirklich Schade !!! Sonst Essen war recht gut, aber so eine Mitarbeiterin bräuchte ich überhaupt nicht

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to your café today. The service was very unfriendly. When I asked for a recommendation for ice cream, I was simply told that everything was on the menu. When we paid, the waitress gave us a five euro bill that was half torn and simply said: Whatever, money is money. We found this to be extremely rude and disrespectful. Nice waitress, if a bit pushy if you're still deciding whether to stop here or go somewhere else just because you're studying the daily menu. Unfortunately, you don't know much about a club sandwich. No matter the price, I think it's too expensive. As far as I can remember, fries are called steak fries, they're just limp Mci fries or copies of them and a sandwich has a lid. A crisp lettuce leaf would have been nice too, but it was also limp. A fresh lettuce leaf and the dip on it would also be an idea. Criticism was ignored, a shame.
