"We had ordered a table with eight people on Saturday night 8:00. In the beginning the order was quickly received and the drinks were served. On request for an hour we were informed that a food order on a Saturday would always take about 60 minutes. This is something you can tell your guests when ordering. After another two complaints, the food came 20 minutes later, but 7 out of 8 dishes. As the highlight of the evening was the 8 court, a burger, approx. 10 minutes later served in almost raw condition. The managing director was of course not present, after a brief discussion with the representation, the burger did not have to be paid and we were able to drink a short trip to the house, but even after that we waited another 20 minutes. That's not how a restaurant visit is fun."
