"in advance: we only judge the restaurant in the hotel bleske, with the hotel we had no experiences. the restaurant also offers non-hotel guests an extensive selection of food at its bauernstube, which is favorable on the first sight, e.g. with Argentine steak meat. we decided to have a hot brat bark meat with bratkartoffel and a tomatensalat and a grill plate (roastbeef, pork fillet, chicken breast fillet) with bratkartoffel and hearty. the service was too neutral, friendly looks different, the drinks (local dark beer, local criminal beards) were ok, but that was a catastrophe: although the evenness at the roast beef (medium,) the meat was all, only no roast beef, which usually pulled under the edge of the fat through the whole piece, so that it was just bare. the meat from the grill plate had died twice dead: once in the slaughter, the second time in the roasting, roasted to the total dryness. the tomatensalate was drowned in balsamico, which boiled a delicious black brown pampe. the bratkartoffels were dry as the meat and everything was as good as not seasoned. we have dispensed with a complaint because the discussion with the service would have ruined only the good holiday mood. the drinking money was limited to the rounding up to the next euro."

"On the recommendation of the guesthouses Burg (Flyer) wanted to stop there at noon. Fands dared. "Mitten an der Straße gelegen findet sich gleich am "Dorf"-Eingang das Deutsche Haus. Laut informativem Aushang trägt diese ehemalige Zollschänke nun schon seit über 100 den Namen Deutsches Haus.Die Einrichtung ist ländlich gemütlich, der Saal groß mit schöner Deckenbemalung und Bar, ein Billiardtisch läd zum spielen ein. Ein kleiner Raum neben der Küche kann für Feierlichkeiten in kleiner Runde genutzt werden. Der Kachelofen hier und im Gastraum neben der Theke hilft sich schnell wieder aufzuwärmen.Das Essen (ich hatte Gemüse, mein Mann Fisch, die Kinder Schnitzel) hat sehr gut gemundet und der Teller war gut gefüllt. Das Schnitzel (ich durfte kosten) ein Genuss, frischer geht glaube ich nicht. Die Bedienung war trotz gefülltem Gastraum und Biergarten freundlich und schnell. Nach unserem Essen konnten wir noch ein kleines Museum mit landwirtschaftlichen Gegenständen bewundern und an der Kahnanlegestelle ein wenig entspannen. EMPFEHLENSWERT"

"Was really curious to sample her menu and was very disappointed. My partner took the 7-speed menu. I am vegetarian (I informed the restaurant in advance) and took the 5 course. It started with the Amuse Bouche 3 for my partner and for me, the vegetarian, only 2... not really cool. It's not that difficult. A small piece of roasted mozzarella that was not delicious. But first great disappointment was my beet root Carpaccio THICK slices of raw beet root swimming in a sweet citrus sauce. I left half of it. If it were expected that one would have asked if something was wrong, but they did not seem to be disturbed. It just went on, it just felt like it was made without love at all, almost as if I was punishing myself for not eating animals. I had to ask the waiter if this is the first time they cooked for vegetarians. Wines were delicious, but this is certainly no reason to get a Michelin star and charge 90 160 euros for the food. Service was not what I was used in a Michelin-star restaurant (under the pronunciation of basic dishes and lack of care for the costumer). I really hate to write a bad review, but I couldn't avoid it this time."

"We came with a reservation and a group of 11. Five children and six adults. They had a nice table out there waiting for us. The children ordered all “small ****” (sorry, children) and the adults had fish and scavengers and mustard sauce. Most of them were pretty good, but my meal wasn't hot, and the roasted potatoes weren't crispy as if they were sitting around for a while. My father in law said his “continent” fish was not fresh. (Mother ordered in law that same fish and said she was fine). My biggest frustration is that they are not credit cards, but this is quite typical in this region. I married a German, so I am not used to it, but I have watched the region mature in the last 25 years and this cash insistence seems to be one of the last remains of the past."
