"We had the last seating at 545 which was our choice . Table was lovely and the Library is really warm welcoming. The staff were also very friendly . The sandwiches were delicious The sweet/desserts delicious The scones cold and one of mine was dry and hard inside and out . I pointed this out and the lady immediately apologized and bought more out that were really nice warm and fresh just like they are best served . I think they’re always best served in a separate basket kept warm just personal preference. Would recommend as a lovely experience other than scones and they was quickly resolved ."

excellent service and good ambiente, but eating was quite disappointing. the terrace was particularly bad. the room (the library) was pleasant, but the other clientele were mainly residents and so dressed very casual and many surly teenagers with their parents.

Had an amazing afternoon tea the waiter looking after us was spot on was so helpful attentive but also discreet the food was fantastic probably one of the best afternoon teas I have had will definitely be recommending in-fact I already have am looking forward to my next visit thank you for a perfect afternoon.
